Lethe Brewery 用上來自埃塞俄比亞水洗豆，先用Flash Brew做出咖啡然後配合新鮮收成的柳橙和橘子去增加香氣，最後打入二氧化碳，一打開之後散發出一陣陣清新消暑的香橙有氣冷泡咖啡！

We have go further and beyond with our Cold Brew.

First brewing the coffee under 93-94'c, then quickly chilling it and canning it. This method can capture the various notes and aroma that typical cold brew unable to present. Since heat is the key.

So we have developed this canned drink and we have added orange peels to bring out extra aroma of fresh orange which matches the coffee we have used.
